Eric Hart is the President of the Triangle Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance and a Senior Principal Engineer for Optum. Eric created the Optum Security Advocate program as a way to integrate security throughout the organization through continuous learning in a gamified manner. He leads security initiatives across the organization. His experience in Cybersecurity extends back 30 years and he considers his primary mission to grow the CSA chapter to its fullest potential.
Shankar Chebrolu is a Director at Red Hat, Inc., where he leads security and privacy assessments to identify and manage risks. Shankar created and maintains Red Hat’s enterprise security architecture standards and helps Red Hat maintain compliance against various security frameworks including NIST-CSF and GDPR. Shankar holds a doctoral degree (PhD) in Information Technology and has been published in several peer-reviewed IT journals, books and magazines. He's certified as a CISSP-ISSAP, IAPP FIP, CMU CRO, TOGAF9 & FAIR. Shankar has presented at (ISC)2 Security Congress, the IEEE Cloud, Privacy Risk Summit, and The Open Group.
Kassi Dibert is a software engineer at Optum, where she works on applications that strive to improve the experience of both providers and patients at the point of care. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2020 and joined Optum as part of their Technology Development Program. She enjoys being a part of both learning and spreading knowledge & awareness of security through CSA.
Samuel Cameron is the Team Lead for Cisco System’s Managed Security Services for their United States' based Secure Operations Center (SOC). He is experienced in security operations, network engineering, threat intelligence, and automating the boring stuff. He is the Technology Advisory Board (TAB) Vice Chairman for the Town of Wake Forest, NC where he lives with his wife and daughter.
Kyle Mitchell is a Senior Account Manager that has worked in the technology sector in North Carolina for 10+ years. With a deep background in Cyber, Information, & Cloud Security, he is involved in multiple industry leading security organizations throughout the Carolinas. His primary goal of being involved within CSA is to increase the knowledge base & resources available to practitioners & students who are looking to expand their knowledge of cloud security processes, tools, platforms & access to Cloud Security certifications. The phrase “Cloud Security” means a lot of different things to different organizations, but the frameworks in which Cloud Security processes & tools are developed & deployed, should be consistent & according to industry best practices.
Lou is an Account Manager and Cybersecurity Advisor for Trend Micro. Having helped organizations secure their data since 2012, his involvement in the CSA stems from his interest in cybersecurity, networking and desire to bring great content and cloud security events to the Triangle area.

Schaefer has spent the last eight years of his career in cybersecurity helping businesses of various sizes and verticals align their corporate strategy to their security programs. Schaefer is currently an Enterprise Client Manager for the Carolinas with Optiv Security.

William (Bill) Dupre is a Sr. Director Analyst in the Gartner for Technical Professionals Security and Risk Management Strategies team. He advises clients on Software/Application Security Practices, DevSecOps, Mobile Application Security, API security, SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP, and WAF.
Previously, Bill worked at Railinc as the Director of Security where he led all aspects of Information Security, including Application Security, compliance, endpoint security, security awareness, etc. Other past experience includes IT architecture and software development in various industries.
He has a passion for security and helping organizations stay resilient in the face of cyber threats.
